What is Lift Student Ministries?
“And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.”
-John 12:32
This world is pushing our students further and further away from Church, God, and His purpose. We want our students to push back and resist the ways of this world and grow closer to God.
Our Mission:
Discipleship… to turn students into life-long followers of Jesus Christ.
(Matthew 28:19-20) 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Our Purpose:
Our purpose at Lift Student Ministries is to see that when students walk in our doors they don’t leave the same. We want students to be SET ON FIRE for Christ through a personal relationship with Him and revelation of the Word of God (Luke 24:32). It is all about letting Jesus Christ transform each one of us from who we are to who He wants us to be.
(Luke 24:32) 32 And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?
Our Vision:
Lift Student Ministries is made up of actively involved and disciplined students and staff whose purpose is to draw in, win, grow, and empower each other to magnify Christ as young people’s lives are changed.
This ministry is for students in grades 6th-12th and meets every Wednesday at 6:30PM.
